Having CRB build our new home has been amazing. We first met Chris with just a hand drawn plan and in no time at all it turned into reality.
From the drawing up of plans to final handover all went very smoothly. Nothing was too much trouble from planning to spending the day with Emma picking colours, carpets, tiles, paint, kitchen etc.
We were kept well informed at every stage and had 2/3 walk throughs to make sure power points, lights and tiles were going where we originally picked.
We would highly recommend Chris, Emma and the team at CRB for your next home as we have had the best journey from start to finish and could not be happier with our new home.

I had my very first home built by CRB. The idea of building my very first home was daunting but Chris and Emma both made the process very easy. They were there every step of the way, explaining things to me and nothing was a bother to them. From the first time we met Chris we knew having CRB build our house would be an easy process. Chris was extremely helpful with our building plans making adjustments where required and sometimes having to re do the entire plan in order to fulfil our requirements. Once building commenced we were surprised and elated about how quickly things progressed. Friends and family often made comment on how quickly the house took shape. When it came time to choose colours Emma was fantastic, her experience shone through spending an entire day with helping match flooring with walls, benchtops, tiles etc, resulting in the wonderful look we have in the house today. We really enjoyed meeting with Chris and Emma at the site to discuss various parts of the project, it was exciting to walk through the house at different stages and see the progress being made.
Building a house can be a time consuming daunting experience, not so with CRB. Chris and Emma make the entire project run smoothly, and in their hands it becomes an enjoyable process watching your house take shape.
I would highly recommend CRB to anyone contemplating building a home.

Building a home was a daunting concept for us. We talked to a few builders initially and were left quite confused on what kind of home to build that would fit our budget. Finally we met Chris and Emma, they made the process easy, from the initial drawing of the plans through to the hand over of the keys.
If we were ever unsure of anything, Chris would have a solution. We had a few last minute requests and changes which may have been an issue for some builders, but Chris went out of his way to make them work. Emma's help and guidance with choosing colours and tiles was much appreciated and made the process a lot easier.

If you are thinking about building a new home, we would highly recommend Chris and Emma of CRB, we have just moved in to our newly built CRB home and are very happy with the quality of the workmanship. We have built on three other occasions and were expecting the inevitable issues we have had in the past, but to our surprise the whole process from start to finish was exceptionally good, our home was built on time, within budget and without any problems. We would just like to say thank you to Chris Reissig Builders who have just built our new home for us at Campbell Town.
We spent months trying to deal with other Northern builders that only left us with doubt on the final price.
Jill and myself sat down with Chris from CRB and explained where we were at. Chris said tell me what you want we will make it happen for you. CRB gave us a set price, which did not change when our home was completed in 12weeks.

In February 2012 I decided it was time to recruit a builder to build 2 units for me, one as a home for me and one to sell.
Being a business owner myself I was looking for a builder who could take the project from start to finish without worrying me too much about day to day problems. Chris Reissig was one of the builders recommended to me. After checking his website I felt comfortable in contacting him to discuss my requirements.
Chris & Emma helped me negotiate a suitable block of land that would accommodate two units comfortably. After buying the block of land we went to the draftsman to plan the units. Then the plans were ready for Chris to submit to the local council.
Then came the interesting part as Emma and I selected the carpet, tiles, paint colours, bricks, roof tiles, windows, tap ware. Emma even helped me pick colours and fabric for the window furnishings.
The project took 100 days to complete which was the time frame that was contracted. I found Chris & Emma and his builders and sub-contractors to be very professional and I would recommend them to build your next home.
