Start drawing a plan to suit you, your block and your budget

Chris Reissig Builders has drafting facilities and can draw your dream home to suit your requirements. Drawings can be modified until you're completely happy with the end result.

Signing Master Builders Australia Contract

Once we have finalised your building price with all the specifications and inclusions you require, Chris/Emma will go through the detail of our Master Builders Australia Contract with you before signing the agreement. This takes you another step closer to start the building works.

Get Planning Permits

Planning permits may be required in some circumstances with some councils.  Chris Reissig Builders will be able to advise if it is required for your property.

Council Submission

At this stage, we will have your engineer's drawings ready for Council submission. Chris Reissig Builders has a great working relationship with a reputable engineer in Launceston.

Building and Plumbing Permits

You can now submit your plans to the Council for your Building and Plumbing permits.

Colour Selection

Meet with Emma and her team of supplier representatives to discuss the finer details of building your home. Emma will help make what can sometimes be a stressful time a more pleasant experience in choosing colour schemes and the final facade of your home. We're dedicated to making your house a place you will love coming home to.

Start Building

Once the Council permits are issued, you can start building!

At Chris Reissig Builders, we take pride in offering the full service above and more in our pricing to build a property. This saves you, the customer, from paying for all of these services along the way, as we simply include the price in your fixed contract.

We also save you the time and stress of dealing with sometimes complex issues with design / building , engineer design and councils conditions/technical requirements.

We can have these issues ironed out along the way, in a timely manner, to ensure the hassle free building of your new home/investment property.
